If a student is not satisfied with the club's activities or if they feel the content was not delivered as promised, we encourage parents to reach out to us. We will assess the situation and provide a refund if deemed appropriate, ensuring a transparent and fair process for everyone involved.

Cancellation Process

To request a refund, please contact us via email at info@futurecreators.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Include the student’s name and the reason for the request to help us process it efficiently. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to refine our programs constantly.
